The hotel's location is convenient, just a short walk from the train station, making it easy to reach London Waterloo. There are also plenty of food options nearby, and it is situated within the Two Rivers shopping complex. There were cleanliness concerns raised by previous guests, including dirty glasses and spoons in the room, as well as a dirty bathroom with diapers left in the trash can.

Found hairs in the shower and on the bedsheets. The walls were thin, so noisy guests made it difficult to sleep.
